- Please note for any services on Rehabilitation and Fitness page veterinary consent will be required before any booking can be made.

Payment Terms & Conditions:
- Payment secures your booking.
- Bookings will be held open for a short period before being offered to other customers.
- Full refunds are available if I can fill your session.
- Exceptions may apply.
- Payment by installments for programs may also be available.
- Payment by bank transfer only, sorry - no cash or cheques.
Costs
Exercise Rehabilitation program (5-10 sessions) = £55 per session.
Flexidog Foundation Programme (5 sessions) = £215
Sports Specific Fitness Programme (5 sessions) = £215
Rehab and board (minimum 14 days) = from £85 per day.
Fitness and board (minimum 14 days) = from £65 per day.
CPD Workshops and training = £ various, depending on location.

Vet Consent Required
Flexidog Therapy respects the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966 and Exception order 1962 by never working upon an animal without gaining prior veterinary approval.
Please download the Vet Consent form and ask your vet to complete the form. Your vet can send it to me directly, cc'ing you in. A signed form will be required at the point of booking and payment.
